Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
